Returns & Refunds


If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase from The Pashley Collection website, and wish to return it, please read through the following information. Please also refer to our Terms and Conditions of Supply.


How to return an item
  1. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from
  2. When returning an item to Pashley please complete the Returns Note supplied with your original purchase and include this with your parcel.
  3. Please also ensure you provide a telephone number to allow us to contact you if necessary.
  4. We ask that you return the item in unused condition, in its original packaging, and with all original tags intact.
  5. Unfortunately, Pashley cannot be responsible for returned parcels that fail to arrive. We recommend that items are sent using a ‘signed-for’ postal service and insured to the correct value.

We will be happy to refund the value of an item that is returned up to 28 days from the date you received your original purchase. However, the original postage and packing paid cannot be refunded.
If you wish to return your full order within 7 working days of receiving it, we will refund the order as well as the original cost of postage and packing.
In both instances, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your parcel to Pashley.
We aim to process any refund due as soon as possible and, within 30 days of Pashley receiving your returned purchase.
Refunds will only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase payment.

Faulty Items


Firstly, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused if you have received an item that has a manufacturing fault.  The Pashley Collection is rigorously quality tested and it is important to us that all of our products meet these high standards.

Return postal charges


If we agree your item is faulty, we will refund the postage cost of returning the item to Pashley.
Pashley will not refund return postage costs if an item is assessed as non-faulty.
